CFG will provide our clients with the following services either through CFG internal staff, management of outside contractors or a combination. CFG internal staff will provide on-demand maintenance and preventative maintenance, property inspections and technical consulting services. CFG will coordinate vendor contract services within the scope of facilities operations assignment and at no additional cost. There will be no mark-up on the materials or contracted services that CFG provides.
